I have been trying to call the store for the past 3 days and can’t even leave a voicemail because it’s full. I had actually bought it on the wrong online store thinking I pressed the right store and I just needed a refund. I Accidentally chose the Cleveland Avenue store instead of the Obetz where I was already going to pick up my long beard turkey choke for my gun That I had already ordered. When I had went in there and asked him if I can go ahead and pick up the gobble stopper sight the guy had told me in a mean way that I cannot get the gobble stop or scope there because I will mess up the inventory. In the way he was carrying himself and presenting himself to everybody was an extremely jerkish way.
So, he told me I would have to get a refund from the other store and I would have to buy the scope there with extra money if I wanted to get it now. So, that’s what I have done in since Wednesday I have called about three times a day once in the morning once in the afternoon and once in the evening and cannot get one person to pick up. I have always had great customer service from the store in Hebron Ohio but the Obetz in Cleveland Avenue store in Columbus have both dissatisfied me in an extreme way.
