All HM Defense barrels are match grade and button rifled for superior accuracy, making this rifle an excellent choice for precision shooting.
The custom HM Defense 10-3/8" inch, free float 1913 Picatinny rail is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. This rail is compatible with the popular Magpul M-LOK mounting system, allowing you to easily customize your rifle with accessories and optics.
The lower receiver is a Mil-Spec Forged 7075-T6 Lower Receiver with Type III Class I hard-coat black anodized finish. This lower receiver is built to withstand the toughest conditions and provide reliable performance in any situation.
The upper receiver is also Mil-Spec Forged 7075-T6 M4 Upper Receiver with Type III Class I hard-coat black anodized finish, M4 Feed Ramps, and a 1913 Picatinny rail flat top. This upper receiver is designed to work seamlessly with the lower receiver and provide a solid platform for your optics and accessories.
The components of the HM Defense rifles include a M16 bolt carrier group with patented HMB bolt and Mil-Spec components, including the trigger and fire control group, charging handle, and buffer tube/spring. The custom Trigger Guard and Monobloc Dust Cover add an extra touch of customization to this rifle.
The HM Defense rifles also feature a custom Quick Disconnect (QD) end plate, which allows you to quickly and easily attach and detach your sling.
