I bought this to try for 2 reasons: one, is I have lung problems to begin with, and am on oxygen. Two, is my gun had about 1 of lead dust on the muzzle after shooting 50 regular. These loads shoot clean without jamming, no added breathing issues indoor shooting, no dirty gun. Like it enough to buy more in 9mm for range practice.
