Product Description

Weaponcraft Wednesday is now an eight-week course. For more information, Click Here.

Weaponcraft Wednesday is a series of six classes/events designed to help the individual improve and maintain their tactical pistol skills. Each class/event will be offered on consecutive Wednesday evenings from 6-8pm, beginning Wednesday, July 26.

Each consecutive session builds on the previous in the series. Completing the series will help the individual become a better trained, experienced, and well-rounded armed civilian, and better prepared to defend themselves and their loved ones.

The fee for this class will be on a per session basis, being $25.00 per session, per individual. Range time and targets included, ammunition must be provided by the student. Average round count per session will be 150-rounds. Each session will be limited to 16-shooters.

Although not required, it is highly recommended that the individual completes each session in consecutive order.

Course Schedule

  • Week One, July 26 - Draw & Presentation
Smoothness and economy of motion – getting your pistol out of the holster and on target quickly and safely, and then returning it to the holster safely.
  • Week Two, August 2 – Diagnostics
Wyatt Earp is credited with saying” Fast is fine, but accuracy is final.” Our instructors will assist you in enhancing your accuracy. Grip, Trigger Management, Sight Alignment and Sight Picture will be the focus.
  • Week Three, August 9 – Malfunctions and Reloads
Murphy tells us that “Anything that can go wrong, will.” Are you prepared to identify a weapon stoppage, fix it and get back in the fight? Is one magazine enough? Probably not. Can you conduct smooth and efficient reloads as if your life depends on it?
  • Week Four, August 16 – Multiple Targets
FBI statistics tell us a majority of assaults involve more than one attacker. Develop and practice techniques to readily identify and address multiple threats.
  • Week Five, August 23 – Movement
Threats rarely present themselves directly from the front. Can you effectively position yourself to engage those threats? This session introduces movement and how to react when the threat comes from the side or behind you. Understand and apply the fundamentals of how accuracy changes due to distance and movement. Techniques for moving and shooting in a 360 degree environment.
  • Week Six, August 30 – Drills
This session will be all drills to reinforce the skills learned in the first five sessions. Drills that will measure your performance, balancing speed and accuracy, the ultimate gunfighter achievement.
