I intended to get the 20” barreled version but I wasn’t paying enough attention. Vance Outdoors sent exactly what I asked for. The little 16” is just as fun. Rossi has improved their loading gate in that it’s not shaving brass as you push in a cartridge. The sights are good enough and the accuracy is really good. I wanted the nostalgia of a lever gun in 44, not something to hunt a bean field. I wish I’d bought one years ago.
