Key enhancements include a long-lasting, top-loading battery, a larger window, and an innovative forward-looking light sensor. This sensor automatically adjusts the reticle brightness based on the lighting conditions, ensuring optimal visibility in any environment.

The RMR HD features a new reticle system with options for a complex reticle or a single crisp dot. Both settings include a super bright mode and a night vision setting. Users can also adjust the Auto Illumination and dot/circle contrast.

Additional improvements include larger, more tactile buttons, new adjusters with enhanced feedback, and an expanded field of view.
