Whether you hunt or buy meat in bulk, tenderizing with the Weston Manual Meat Tenderizer/Cuber is a great way to get the best texture and flavor from any cut of meat, even less expensive and tougher cuts. It quickly and evenly tenderizes meat straight from the farm, field, refrigerator or freezer. With this durable meat tenderizer, you can process large batches of meat quickly. The 31 large-diameter tenderizing blades are housed inside a rugged, corrosion-resistant aluminum shell. Just place meat inside the large chute and turn the handle. The chute fits large pieces of meat up to 4.5" wide and .75" thick.

Tenderize beef by running it through the meat tenderizer one time, or run through again in the opposite direction to make cubed steak just like the butcher or grocery store. Also great for tenderizing poultry, pork, bison and venison. The meat tenderizer/cuber has a solid, slip-free base that easily mounts on tables and other flat surface with the included C-clamps. It's built to last with a cast aluminum construction that has a durable, food-grade coating. The tenderizer/cuber easily converts to a jerky slicer by swapping the included blade with the Weston Jerky Slicer Blade (Model 07-3302-W) sold separately.
