(5 out of 5) Best big bore revolver out there.
by from Somerset, OH on

I've owned my Super Redhawk since the mid 80s. It is absolutely a fine revolver. I don't know how many rounds it's had through it. It is extremely accurate, with a great trigger. One solid firearm. The stock grips and the massive frame absorb the recoil. However, it is a pussycat to shoot, though it looks like a cannon. I can't ever remember a misfire. I have taken several deer with it at ranges out to around 80 yards. It is very versatile with different loadings. Stainless is great at the range. but mine gets a coating of cheap black paint for the woods. The $.98 Walmart paint is easily removed after hunting season with some Hoppes #9. A man's cologne. These revolvers are built like tanks. I love mine.
